How to return the product?
You can return the product during 14 days since you receive the product. Please don’t remove tags and labels. You need to send it back In the same packet and conditions in which you have received. Can I change the ordered product size?

What to do if my order/package is lost?
If your package is lost, please don’t worry and contact us by writing to our email and describe the situation. We will solve this problem during 1-2 working days.
- Purchased Products can be returned and the order cancelled within 14 days of the order being delivered to the Customer. The 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to legal entities.
- The returned Products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all internal garment tags intact and sent back in the same package received with all of the initial contents. If an additional Product was added to the package of the purchased Product, all of the received packages’ contents must be returned. Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings.
- If the Products to be returned deteriorate, the Customer is responsible for the decrease in value. In order to ensure all of the initial attributes of the Product unaltered, the Customer agrees to handle and use the Products only as normally allowed in the physical stores.
- To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication to ZUFIL’s email email@example.com before the 14 days´ cancellation period has expired.
- The Products being returned must be received by ZUFIL within 14 days after the cancellation communication or the Customer must provide evidence of having handed over the Products to the courier within the mentioned period.
- ZUFIL will reimburse all payments received from the Customer for the Products purchased including delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by ZUFIL within 14 days from the day on which the Customer communicates the return and cancellation of purchased Products.
